Ryan Jonik - 3131 Ivy Lea Drive	Been a Homeowner for almost 20 yrs. I’m a carpenter and plumber working only residential for almost 30 years. Ive worked in the maintenance field in high end residential properties. Ive worked in management for various companies, but all dealing with customer service, and handling problems or conflict. My family and I care a lot about our house in Tiger grand. It’s our dream home, in our dream location so we plan on living here as a forever home. We’ve met some very nice neighbors, obviously don’t know everyone. But I definitely get along with everyone I’ve been in contact with.
