Darryl V. Varju - 295 Georgia Mae Loop My name is Darryl Varju. I feel I would be a great candidate for a position on the Board for this association. I have been in leadership positions at our previous church for 17 and have had many classes for leadership skills, communication, how to handle conflict, and to be open minded. My position in my job was a lead tech and now I’m retired. I have great leaderships skills as well as having the ability to handle conflict and come up with solutions. Being in a Leadership position I have learned over the years that being open minded and having great communication skills is very important. I would love to grow with this beautiful community and see how we can always try to improve to make things better for everyone. I hope you will consider me a good candidate for the position of being a board member. Thank you, Darryl Varju
