My expertise includes strategy development, budget management, community relations, vendor communications, strong negotiation skills with competitive bids. Robert Mulhern | I have worked with business corporations for over 35 years in both employee and management roles. My Goal as being a member of the board would be to help direct and protect the community I love living in with the right decisions. I have dealt with HOA's and would like to participate with the decision making for our community. We have a wonderful community, and I also would like to see it be protected as well as be reasonable with requests. I have communicated with many in the neighborhood and would like the ability to help serve. |
Nancy Lowman | Work experience was 43 years in automotive accounting as controller. This work required organization, attention to detail and the ability to multitask. I set up processes for efficient financial reporting, supervised a staff of over 30 employees and earned the appreciation of my superiors by exceeding expectations. Involved in negotiating contracts and conflict resolution. One of my personality qualities is to solve problems. I respect another person's opinion and try to earn their respect in return. I am an extremely optimistic person. When people talk to each other, ideas are born. Civility is necessary no matter how passionate a person is for a cause. |
Michael Maccalous | Ridgewood West is a nicely laid out neighborhood with well-kept attractive homes, and most of all very friendly people. I am interested in being on the HOA Board of Directors because I do love it here and want to see it remain as nice as it is today while keeping the HOA fees low. Being a volunteer firefighter for 53 years, chief for 19, and treasurer for 25 years gave me experience dealing with people and problems, from our members, neighbors, the mayor, city boards, and the career department. |
Earl Botkin | I'm a retired Public Utilities Director and Electric System Manager. After retirement, I returned to work part time as an electrical consultant. I have considerable experience in creating and managing budgets and dealing with various issues and firms on a professional level. I was part of a HOA at my previous residence and was actively involved. My goal is to serve our small community by making sure our HOA transitions smoothly and gets started on firm footing. |
Dennis Crigler | I have lived in Homeowner Associations for 40 years, serving on three Board of Directors, President of two. The size of these communities ranged from 21 to 144 residences. I am experienced with HOA budgets, capital expenditures and projects, vendor contracts, conflict resolution and property management company relationships. I am retired, having been a general manager of a national contract security company. At the close of my career in 2017, I was responsible for service delivery and profitability of a region generating $50 million annual revenue, with 1500 employees in Connecticut, Western Massachusetts and New York Capitol Region. |
Colby Hudson | My wife, our boys, and I live at 4049 Ridgewood Drive. I am a life-long resident of the Ridgewood/Maple Community, a life-long member of Conway First United Methodist, and a local realtor. My main goal as a board member is to build a strong community, communicate efficiently, bring value to our neighborhood and to maintain the great reputation Ridgewood West has developed. My wife & I moved into Ridgewood to specifically serve the Maple Community. Kathryn Rice | I have lived a life of service to community, government, schooling, ministry, church, the mission field as a missionary and co-owned a business for 33 years. A partial list of achieved qualifications that helped develop my skill set. Baltimore County Government EMT, Parametric, EMS Supervisor Career and Volunteer. -Homeschool teacher of 2 sons that are highly accredited professionals. -Co-owned Rice Plumbing, Heating, Gas fitting, Boiler & Well Inc. -Served as a Missionary to Peru Orphanage to discarded children -Women’s’ ministry leader, served in children’s ministry, door to door ministry, camp ministry and AWANAS.
